WorkWell MA Awards Program

WorkWell Massachusetts Awards Program

The Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts (WWCMA) WorkWell Massachusetts Awards Program recognizes Massachusetts employers for their exemplary work in worksite health promotion. The program showcases employers of all sizes – large and small – on their employee wellness program’s performance.

The evaluation process uses the HERO Health and Well-Being Best Practices Scorecard in Collaboration with Mercer© and a set of supplemental questions to assess an organization’s overall wellness programming. Submissions are assessed through an online tool and evaluated by a team of industry professionals.
