About Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts WorkWell MA Awards

The WorkWell MA Awards recognize organizations that prioritize employee well-being and foster a culture of health in the workplace. Founded in 2015, this prestigious award program honors companies that go above and beyond to support their employees wellbeing. Winning a WorkWell MA Award showcases your commitment to a healthier, more engaged workforce and positions your organization as a leader in workplace wellness.

Each year, we receive over 50 applications from organizations eager to showcase their commitment to employee wellness. These applications are meticulously reviewed by a distinguished committee of wellness peers hailing from diverse industries. This rigorous selection process, in collaboration with Healthiest Employers, ensures that only the most exceptional organizations are recognized. 

Being selected as a top contender in various employer size categories is not just an accolade; it is a testament to your organization’s unwavering dedication to fostering a thriving workplace culture. Assessing Six Pillars of Wellness

The WorkWell MA Award leverages the Healthiest Employers comprehensive online application to evaluate company performance spanning six key areas of health and wellbeing:

Components
