Mental Health First Aid Training
Mental Health First Aid (HMFA) training is skills-based, teaching participants to assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Learn warning signs, a five step action plan, and how to connect individuals to resources. Upon completion of this 8 hour virtual course participants will earn a MHFA Certification.
