PHIL BEAN
Vice Chair
Phil is the Senior Vice President, Employee Benefits with USI Insurance Services, a privately held consulting and brokerage firm. In this role, he is the lead consultant and strategist, delivering solutions focused on enhancing health and welfare benefit programs as well as managing costs. Previously, Phil held similar roles with Aon and Hays Companies after spending the first 15 years of his career in business development with AIG and Allianz.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and holds Health, Life, Accident, Property and Casualty insurance producer licenses. Additionally, he is a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with Fuel Training Studio in Newburyport, MA.
Fun Facts: Phil is a runner and triathlete, and recently entered into the world of competitive Standup Paddleboard Racing.
