Mike is the Director of Advisory Services at blumshapiro, the largest regional business advisory firm in New England. In this role, he works with clients on a variety of operational efficiency and process improvement projects by using the firm’s CFO advisory offerings, and Business Enterprise Review framework. Mike is also responsible for leading finance transformation work, which focuses on integrations, turnarounds, helping businesses improve margins, and long-term strategic planning. Previously, he held roles of increasing responsibility with Industrial Physics, iRobot Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Raytheon.
