AI is everywhere, and it’s often positioned as the solution to everything from burnout to engagement to building thriving teams. But technology alone does not create joyful, effective workplaces. People do.
In this interactive session, we’ll focus on the human foundations that are necessary for any initiative – whether AI, wellness, or otherwise – to truly work. We’ll explore three essential elements every organization needs in order to cultivate joyful teams built on purpose: clarity, consistency, and connection.
You’ll learn:
- What clarity, consistency, and connection are & what they look like in practice
- Why these elements are essential to employee wellbeing and team effectiveness
- How leaders can intentionally establish and reinforce them in practical, everyday ways
AI tools and employee wellbeing programs can be powerful enablers, but their impact is limited without strong human foundations beneath them. When clarity, consistency, and connection are present, these efforts are amplified rather than strained.
During the event, we’ll have a hands-on, creative activity designed to help you engage with fellow attendees in a meaningful way and spark genuine connection beyond the usual “what do you do?” networking.
If you’re curious about how to create workplaces where people can truly do their best work and feel their best, we would love to have you join us for this energizing summer event!
