Travis is a forward-thinking leader with over 25 years of experience helping organizations create healthier, more productive workplaces. As Director of Health & Wellbeing at Borislow Insurance, he leads initiatives that combine data-driven insights, innovative program design, and strategic partnerships to deliver measurable impact on employee engagement and organizational performance.
He has held key leadership positions at Unum, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and HealthTrust of New Hampshire. Travis is recognized for designing comprehensive wellbeing strategies that integrate physical, mental, social, and financial health to drive organizational success.
Beyond his corporate work, Travis serves as Executive Director of Prospects Athletics Foundation and holds the role of Sponsorship Chair for the Wellbeing Think Tank, advancing thought leadership in workplace wellbeing.
A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Travis has worked at the White House Athletic Center and continues to champion initiatives that promote physical activity and health across communities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from the University of Maine at Farmington and an MBA in Business Leadership from Franklin Pierce University.
Fun Facts: Travis is an avid golfer and, in his spare time, works with youth baseball players to improve their skills on and off the field.
