Nicole joined WTW in 2022 as a consultant for the Health, Equity and Wellbeing Practice. She provides wellbeing and health management subject matter expertise to WTW’s Southeast Region clients. Nicole has over a decade of experience in health promotion and corporate wellbeing and has assisted countless employers develop impactful and award-winning employee wellbeing programs.
Nicole provides support for clients to develop, implement, and evaluate health and wellbeing strategies. She focuses on optimizing and integrating current resources and partnerships, data analysis, and vendor choice. She believes that building a culture of wellbeing in the workplace is what has the greatest impact on employees and in turn creates engagement in an employer’s investments in this area.
Prior to joining WTW, Nicole worked as a Regional Health Engagement Lead at Cigna, worked as a Wellbeing Strategist and Health Coach at QuadMed, and worked for several years in higher education doing health education and promotion work for campus communities. Nicole also currently serves on the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts Board of Directors.
Nicole holds a Master of Education degree in Health Promotion and Disease prevention from Springfield College, is a Master Certified Health Education Specials (MCHES), a Mental Health First Aid instructor, and is a Licensed Connecticut Resident Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Producer.
