Attitude of Gratitude
Wednesday, November 18, 2020 / 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM EST
During times of stress and uncertainty, drawing upon the power of positive psychology exercises can shift mindsets from frustrated to thriving. An attitude of gratitude is one technique individuals and organizations use to motivate and inspire towards positive struggles and productivity. How are you and your organization instilling gratitude into the everyday during these challenging times?
Attendees joined Your Wellness Scout, Kirsten Wright-Cirit, and fellow wellness professionals and discussed what techniques and resources enable them, their organization and employees to thrive in these challenging times.
