WWCMA WEBINAR
Resilient Leaders = Resilient Employees
Tuesday, August 6 / 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
The workforce of the future is agile and adaptable, with the ability to respond to internal and external forces effectively and productively. Success will depend on individuals who possess a growth mindset, allowing them to recover quickly from setbacks and remain engaged in their roles. It is essential for leaders to create a culture of resilience that is integrated and embraced by all levels within the organization. This means that managers will need to be prepared with helpful tools and training aligned with the company’s business objectives. As a result, resilient leaders will develop resilient employees.
Our presenters, Sari Kalin of Liberty Mutual, and Eileen Cooke of PTC, share their approaches to building a resilient workforce at their respective organizations.
Learning Objectives:
- Infuse resiliency into your company’s leadership approach
- Relate the importance of employee resilience to business objectives for management buy-in.
- Build resiliency into your wellness program and overall culture of health
- Create a resiliency program as a team event not an individual endeavor.
- Case studies with implementation ideas, lessons learned and future goals
