WWCMA WEBINAR

Worksite Wellness Challenges in a
Quasi Post Pandemic World
Thursday, February 3, 2022 / 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM EDT
As we enter 2022, Worksite Wellness continues to address the challenges of a changing landscape of employee well-being. Burnout, staff attrition, mental health and public policy affecting workplace interactions add a different dimension to solutions previously implemented. How are organizations addressing employee turnover and dissatisfaction highlighted through the “Great Resignation” and it’s impact on employee morale, engagement and productivity?

As we continue to deal with a hybrid work set-up, increased workload, employee burnout and demands for more flexibility, are organizations prioritizing these impacts on employee health and well-being in a systematic way?

Our panelists provided a thought-provoking discussion on handling worksite wellness challenges, PLUS the strategies and tools that are most constructive in 2022 for small, mid-size, and large companies confronted with these and other challenges during today’s turbulent times.
