As a customer centric professional, Barbara prioritizes and analyzes customer experiences to bring value and delight to the customer and decrease churn to the organization. Barbara does this by fostering community, building relationships, analyzing data and team collaboration. Going forward, Barbara’s goal is to continue to care deeply about her customers experience, build meaningful relationships, and help organizations and customers communicate with success to ensure a long lasting relationship.
