MARCH & APRIL 2023

Virtual & In-person event

Thank You to Our Event Sponsor:
Coming together to discuss future trends and the state of wellness!
Each new year gives us the opportunity to bring a new perspective to how we address the challenges of today. As we continue to adapt to a post-pandemic world where hybrid work is the norm, and employee engagement and well-being challenges are increasing amidst the growing economic turmoil, how is your organization reimagining wellbeing and its role in supporting a changing workforce? Is the goal of optimizing employee wellbeing driving or shaping your talent strategy, or are you just trying to keep up with the status quo?
What is the focus for your wellbeing strategy in 2023? We joined leaders from Worksite Wellness Council of MA (WWCMA), National Wellness Institute (NWI), Wellable (award winning wellness software platform) — and your industry colleagues in a roundtable forum to discuss the trends and future state of workforce wellbeing. As part of this dialogue, we addressed the systemic issue of ineffective wellness programming, strategies for inter-connecting wellness practices within organizations to curate a culture of wellness, and how the WWCMA can reimagine its services to fit to YOUR needs in building an impactful and tailored wellbeing strategy.
So put on your thinking cap, roll up your sleeves and join us for an interactive and robust discussion on these topics!
All voices are welcome. Attendees and facilitators will walk away with key insights and actionable takeaways that we will share amongst our members and the New England wellbeing community.
