The increasing cost and complexity of healthcare is a major hurdle for both employers and employees, resulting in underused benefits and uncertainty on how to best support the workforce.

We joined BCBSMA for an educational event and fireside chat that explored how employers can help tackle healthcare affordability by refocusing their approach to wellness. This session covered national and regional trends influencing costs and the employee experience, and demonstrated how employers can use data to inform benefit strategy, improve engagement, and personalize communications.
