Exclusive Employer-Only Round Table

Many Faces of Resiliency: What Does Resilience Mean for Your Workforce Well-Being?

Held June 6 at the offices of our host, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, the 21 employers in attendance engaged in both group and breakout discussions to share ideas and best practices. The session was moderated by Megan McDonough (Kripalu, Wholebeing Institute) in collaboration with expert facilitators – Eileen Cooke (PTC), Dr. Darshan Mehta (Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine, MGH) and Sari Kalin (Liberty Mutual).
Participants agreed that it will be essential for the future workforce to be adaptable and agile in approaching business objectives. Resiliency will need to be incorporated into the culture of organizations with senior management being the key to adaptation. We’ll be sharing more insights on resiliency throughout the year and delving deeper into the topic  at our annual conference in October.
