If you’re a health/wellness coach, onsite wellness resource, wellness coordinator or someone looking to add value on this timely topic, this is a perfect training opportunity. In less than five hours of your time, and accessible from the location of your choice, you can leave with a ready-to-use program that makes an impact on individuals and/or organizations.
We’re partnering with Dr. Joel Bennett, President, Organizational Wellness and Learning Systems (OWLS), a leading expert in evidence-based wellness, resilience, mental well-being and catalyzing healthy work cultures. The first session is an immersion experience and the second one is an adaptation of techniques that will aid your facilitation. Upon completion of the two sessions, you can start facilitating the course right away! The slide deck, facilitator notes, handouts, book and other tools provided in the training can be used on their own or customized for workshops, training and coaching activities.
Attendees will receive the following materials:
An electronic editable copy of the core presentation slide-deck with facilitator notes and guidance
Customizable handouts, evaluation forms, and guidelines needed to replicate the training
An Excel spreadsheet for tabulating pre- and post-ratings
Follow-up access to all session recordings
One copy of Raw Coping Power: From Stress to Thriving by Dr. Joel Bennett
In addition, attendees completing this program have an opportunity to become an OWLS-certified Facilitator of the course at no additional cost. To receive a certificate proving facilitation proficiency, the participant must: 1) do a live version on the course to a group of participants who must complete a pre and post survey, and 2) meet with Dr. Bennett to debrief the facilitation experience, receive feedback based on pre and post data, and discuss plans for the future. Upon completion of the course and debriefing, that person is considered an OWLS-certified facilitator of the course.
