Join us as Kristin Matthews, LICSW, Vice President, Clinical Services at KGA, Inc. presents a webinar on managing anxiety and dealing with uncertainty in the COVID era. She’ll be joined by Nina Dickerman, Director of the Work/Life Program at Dana Farber Cancer Institute (WWCMA 2019 WorkWellMA Gold Award Winner) to provide a real-time case study on how an organization is addressing this critical aspect of their employee’s health.

Kristin Matthews, LICSW

Vice President, Clinical Services

Kristin joined KGA in 2007. She oversees operations for the EAP counseling and work-life teams, provides clinical insight for key accounts, and drives KGA’s assessment of and integration with mental health and work-life solution partners. Kristin has extensive experience counseling children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. She provides Crisis Response support to organizations and has conducted numerous seminars and webinars on issues of behavioral health in the workplace. Kristin received her BA in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Bowdoin College and her MSW from Boston University.
