Session Title: New Discoveries in Workplace Well-being – How to promote a culture of well-being to create high-performance employees

Research confirms that people with higher well-being are healthier and perform better. But what can be done to actively foster a culture where employees are truly engaged and actively strive to improve their well-being?

This session uncovers new insights on well-being — what makes people tick, their perceptions, and the key factors that impact well-being. Our learnings come from the world’s most definitive and comprehensive measure of well-being — the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index(R), with now more than 9 years of data and 2.4 million conversations with people regarding their perceptions of their own well-being. Join us as we highlight key trends, the relationship between the five fundamental elements of well-being, and practical programs that engage people and promote a culture of high well–being.
