Terry LaMonica

WWCMA Operations & Communications Manager

Terry brings more than 20 years of operational efficiency, project oversight and communications expertise to her role as WWCMA's Operations and Communications Manager. Her focus is to create engaging social media and thought-leadership content, drive effective collaboration across volunteer committees and implement process efficiencies, all designed to enhance member experience. Previously, Terry owned Blue Birch Wellness, supporting clients’ health goals through nutrition counseling and run coaching. She has been a member of WWCMA since 2014 when she worked as the Worksite Wellness Sales Manager at South Shore Organics. Earlier in her career, Terry held a variety of business, operational and communications management positions at Adecco Employment Services.

Terry earned a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education from American University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College, and a graduate certificate in Developing Healthy Communities from Tufts University. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach (Wellcoaches) and a Certified Level 1 Run Coach (Road Runners Club of America).
