Hilary Glynn

With more than a decade of business and wellness experience, Hilary Glynn advises organizations on actionable steps they can take to strengthen employee well-being, improve performance and reduce health care costs. Currently, she works for Premise Health and serves as the Wellness Coordinator for Eversource Energy. Previously, Hilary owned her own coaching business, specializing in yoga, mindfulness and plant-based nutrition. Earlier in her career she worked for Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Hilary earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College and her Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Finance from Columbia Business School. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach (CHWC) through Wellcoaches®, registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and certified in plant-based nutrition through T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.

Fun Facts: Similar to the story of Lululemon, Hilary started her own clothing business, Goodwife®, out of her home in 2004, which provides fashionable leisure apparel for women to wear from the gym to the supermarket to school pick-up!
