|WWCMA Annual Conference Committee Volunteers|
The WWCMA Annual Conference Committee is comprised of volunteers who help to plan and promote the WWCMA Annual Conference which is held in September each year. The team works hard all year to make this the premier wellness conference in the state.
The committee provides leadership and collaboration with other committees in areas such as: developing the theme, timeline, and budget for the event; securing a facility and working with food service for refreshments; facilitating the registration process; securing sponsors; developing a marketing strategy and PR materials; planning the logistics of awards presentations; preparing a Call for Proposals for educational sessions, selecting sessions and speakers to presented; and identifying and securing keynote presentations and presenters.
