Over 175 professionals joined us for the 2014 Annual WWCMA Conference. We brought together the leading wellness leaders and implementers to share best practices, success stories, and innovative ideas on creating a culture of wellness. 

Keynote Speakers

Fikry Isaac, MD  

Johnson & Johnson

Dr. Isaac is Vice President of Global Health Services for Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  In this role, Dr. Isaac directs the development of health and wellness strategies, policies, guidelines, and services worldwide (Occupational Medicine, Employee Assistance Program and Wellness).  Dr. Isaac is also the Chief Medical Officer for Johnson & Johnson’s Wellness & Prevention, Inc. – a company offering comprehensive wellness solutions for employers, health plans, and other organizations. Dr. Isaac is a pioneer in the field of workplace health promotion and global health, and has introduced innovative approaches to improve the health and well-being of populations.  He is a published author in this field and continues to research population health interventions, using rigorous scientific methods, to ensure that these interventions deliver meaningful outcomes.  His broad view spans the fields of clinical medicine, behavior change technologies, and economic analyses.  Dr. Isaac is an outspoken champion of prevention and health promotion and has achieved remarkable success within Johnson & Johnson – gaining senior management support and funding for health improvement initiatives for all Johnson & Johnson employees worldwide. 

Kent Bradley, MD 


Kent is the Chief Medical Officer for Safeway, Inc., a fortune 100 company with over 135,000 employees and is responsible for supporting the company's portfolio of health care programs including its employee and consumer wellness and prevention activities. He is the President of Safeway Health, a subsidiary of Safeway Inc. that provides solutions that engage employees to become active health consumers that results in improved health and reduced cost.

Kent is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has a Master in Public Health from the University of Minnesota, a MBA from the University of Denver, and his Medical Degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda, MD.  


Sessions included Engaging People in Wellness Through Social Media, Incentives Don't Buy a Healthy Culture, Don't Sleep on the Job But Do Sleep at Night, How to Make Wellness Part of Your Business Plan, and more. The sessions were led by the industry's top experts and worksite wellness program leaders in Massachusetts.
