Kathy Hewes

Kathy Hewes, MS, RD, LDN, CWPM

Member-at-Large

Kathy is a Senior Clinical Wellbeing Consultant with Tufts Health Plan, a Point32Health company. In her role she works collaboratively with employer groups and brokers to identify actionable population health risks, align internal and external resources, and create a comprehensive, holistic, and enjoyable wellbeing programming that meets employee and employer needs, interests, and goals.

Kathy previously served as a WWCMA board member from 2013-2019. She is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian in Massachusetts, is a Certified Wellness Program Manager through the Chapman Institute, and is Certified in Multicultural Competence in Wellness through the National Wellness Institute. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Maine, a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology from the University of New Hampshire, a Graduate Certificate in Public Health and is completing a Master of Science in Public Health from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science (MCPHS) University.

Fun Facts: Kathy is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, a member and volunteer of the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MAND), a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), and a member of the Public Health/Community Nutrition and Cardiovascular Health and Well-being practice groups of AND.
