Jaclyn is the Senior Director of Commercial Enablement and Proposal Management for Virgin Pulse. She is responsible for ensuring that the Commercial teams are supported for the entire client lifecycle from pre-sale proposal management process through renewal including education on products & services, market applicability, and process optimization. Prior to this role, Jaclyn was Senior Director of Account Management for Virgin Pulse where she oversaw a team of Strategic Directors, Account Managers and Associates. Using her passion for delighting customers and demonstrating success for them, her book of business met and exceeded client satisfaction and product adaptation and growth within the client base. Having over 15 years of experience in the well-being industry. She began her career at Health Fitness where she oversaw the delivery of site based corporate Wellness and Fitness services for a large multinational health care company. Her experience spans various facets of the industry including health insurance, biometric screenings, corporate programs, and technology solutions.
