It is a struggle most wellness professionals know well. We personally understand the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and take advantage of wellness offerings.

But no matter what employer or organization you work with, there is a segment of any employee group that seems to reject wellness at work or in their personal lives. It can be hard to understand what is holding these people back from reaching their fullest potential.

This program will help you to understand why and how people get stuck. You will walk away with tools that will help you engage and motivate yourself and others. You can also pass on these tools to the wellness champions and other employees in the workplace so they become motivating force and help to engage the entire employee population.
