Mindfulness Meditation is the practice of paying attention on purpose to the present moment with openness and curiosity.  Scientific studies show that meditation changes the shape of our brain increasing our resiliency in all aspects of our life creating balance and a greater sense of wellbeing.  Regular practice creates many other health benefits such as reducing blood pressure, stress, anxiety, and depression while increasing our emotional intelligence, productivity, creativity and concentration. We are able to solve difficult problems and find freedom from habitual thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us.  This creates more resiliency in our lives to be fully present in each moment and live one’s own life with authenticity.  In this session we will provide an opportunity to practice mindfulness meditation and learn ways to incorporate it into our daily life.
