WEBINAR: Engaging Employees and Minimizing Burnout


In this session, 2019 WorkWell MA Award Winners Beth Milaszewski, LICSW, Employee Resilience and Wellness Clinician for Boston Medical Center, and Sarah Gerekos, Health Promotion Specialist and Wellness Coach for Kronos Incorporated, will discuss their organizational strategies for identifying, preventing and managing burnout in the workplace. This will include examples of how they developed programs to improve the physical, mental, social and financial well-being of their employees as well as the impact it has had on the workforce.
