HR and wellness professionals are increasingly being asked to deliver resilience training as part of their organizations’ commitment to overall well-being. As a participant at WWCMA19, you’ll discover your own personal resilience; learn how organizations are building a resilient workforce; and dive deeper into the science behind resilience and how it can transform the workforce.
To take your learning one step further, we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Dr. Bennett to offer a Train-the-Trainer program, “Resilience & Thriving” taking place in January 2020. This 4 ½ hour course is for those who wish to train, teach, or coach others on their journey of resilience and well-being. The facilitator course has been used by professionals in wellness, human resources, and employee assistance, by teachers, prevention specialists, and those working in public health, military, and many other professions.
Some use the material to teach one or more modules in stress, resilience, and thriving. Some use the materials in their personal coaching practice. As part of registration, you will receive Dr. Bennett’s book, Raw Coping Power.
Prior attendees note that the course is engaging, interactive, relevant and comprehensive. It offers insight into the perspective of stressors workers face and equip attendees with content that can be incorporated easily. Effective training can move beyond “checking a box” to best practices with the right techniques.
