ALYSSA HOLZMAN

Member-at-Large

Alyssa joined Accolade in 2020, bringing with her 17 years of experience in healthcare and account
management. Over her four and half years at Accolade, she has been an integral part of the
Customer Success team, currently serving as a Senior Director of Customer Success for Accolade’s
strategic and enterprise customers. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, Alyssa utilizes her
expertise in strategic planning, relationship management, and product knowledge to effectively
manage a $56 million book of business, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and value.

Before joining Accolade, Alyssa worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in the Health
Engagement department, where she held both product development and client-facing roles. In this
capacity, she designed, implemented, managed, and evaluated best-in-class health engagement
offerings. As a Senior Wellness Consultant for large national accounts, she developed and executed
comprehensive, results-oriented wellness strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of
employees. Her experience in this role further strengthened her expertise in driving health
engagement and delivering impactful solutions for clients.

Alyssa holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College, along
with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Political Science from Towson University.
She is a Certified Wellness Program Director and is a co-founder and executive board member of
the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts
