Alyssa is a Senior Program Manager for Health Engagement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She designs, implements, manages and evaluates best-in-class health engagement offerings for accounts and members that increase retention, engagement and behavior changes. Prior to this role, Alyssa was a Senior Wellness Consultant for large national accounts, developing and implementing comprehensive, results-oriented wellness strategies for employees’ specific needs. She also collaborated with accounts to design incentives and effective communication plans that optimized employee engagement in wellness programs.
